Team-building/Fun day
A different kind of team building experience. The type of experience you would expect: special, breaking the ice, challenging and fun. The area is magical and the employees' shared successes, cooking together, nature, alcohol and music will not be forgotten easily. The picture of all the employees in the cowshed or on a bale of hey will always put a smile on the faces of the people who participated in the team building activities on the farm.
ODT (Out Door Training) Organizational Observation
The Aim: Understating and shaping the organizational culture and language are the initial and basic challenges one deals with when creating a communication infrastructure and a qualitative flow of information between the different levels of an organization. The agricultural workshop enables the creation of a pleasant dialogue among the team members and with other supporting groups. This is achieved through working together, walking in the fields and completing the agricultural assignments.
The means used: Planning and carrying out varied and challenging agricultural assignments which include milking cows, cheese making, picking seasonal fruit and vegetables, herding sheep, salvaging a tractor from the mud etc. The outcomes of the assignments are the products from which the participants prepare a meal together.
What is gained: These activities require the team to plan and carry out a number of intensive assignments which depend on one another, through co-ordination and co-operation among the team members. During and after the activities, the participants have the opportunity to learn together about the communication and behavior patterns within the group and to discus how they can be improved. Such processing constitutes a leap in the organizational communication and language which is acquired and established throughout the day.
Meeting Organizational Goals: The workshop is tailored, from the initial stages to carrying out the activity, to the individual needs of each organization in co-operation with its organizational consultants and with our advisors. The workshop is suited to companies in all fields and sectors and for employees at all levels, and is designed to meet the specific needs of the organization and participators.
The learning and processing of the activities is accompanied by Eli Hillman, founder of the Agricultural Farm.
